Zander drives for a good long while making sure that the unconscious Zeek isn't thrown off in his hast. The two pull up onto a dock and right up onto a ship. he sighs turning the engine off setting Zeek on one of the benches. The wolf was still out like a light which worried him but he couldn't stop to tend to him now. instead he launched the boat and pulled the ship out of the harbor. "Atleast it's alot harder to track us out at sea..." he muttered softly. meanwhile zeek was traped in a very vivid dream and sureal dream. He was running away trying to escape from someplace that looked like a lab. but the weird part is that he was running along side him self looking through the eys of someone else. "Almost home free..." a soft feminin voice whispered. "The hard part is coming up then" he watched as the double crept up slowly along the ridge of a pipe searching for somethingl

Ed Jumped out of the way of the bike in time not to get hit by it. " MUZAI!" He said racing out of the room to find the unconscious girl twitching every now and again from the jolt whimpering softly. Edward picked her up gently picking her up boree jumping out the window as well dropping. Two feet into their cloaked hovercar he placed the young girl on the seat beside him he was worried the assassins caught a peak at her true form. A human can be CEO but a "Pet" was unheard of and greatly frowned upon.

the strange dream kept playing with the Zeek clone going forst taking out a few guards before he followed as well. ~why is this happening... why does it feel so familiar...~ he thought to himself. "Muzai watch you 6!" he ear his voice warn then was suddenly facing a guard. there was a sharp electrical jolt of pain followed by howls of pain before everything when white.
The red head shot up into sitting position, his skin coated in sweat. his eyes were dilated and wide as he scanned the room but he slowly calmed down when he realized he was in their base. He groaned softly flopping back onto the soft bed of his room happy for once that he woke up in a bed as opposed to on the ground or tied to a chair. The room wasnt much, a bed a closet and a table with files and books on top. He could hear the sound of zander talking to someone on the phone and his large wolf ears twitched slightly
"There was never any information as to hologram documents and tracker bugs. our whole operation could have been blown and you would of been out your two main spies!... this is not a game Miquel. You had information pertaining to this case you should have warned us. The case is off... There are plenty of other cases to work on... double or nothing... fine but the deadline is being pushed back. Ill let you know when, I expect a deposit in the account"
Zeek smirked slightly. Zander was very good at getting money from their clients. and a bonus meant they could work on the security of some of their small camps around the city. He slid out of bed and opened the door entering a large room stacked with computers and monitors. tables lined the walls with all of their current cases. some surveillance, some Intel gathering. Zander had changed out of his mission clothing and into a pair of raggedy jeans and a tank top. The assassin smiled slightly seeing the wolf finally up. "Ah your awake only took you 12 hours..."
Zeeks eyes widen "really?"
"Yeah... i was worried id have to take you to see Alex..."
"No I'm alright.. that girl just caught me by surprise..."
"what did she do?" "She's a psychic..."
Zanders eyes widen "did she?"
"No... I've been tried remember? she only got as far as what we did in their house before you stepped in... next time don't use a stun gun though." he muttered rubbing his temples.
"Note taken" Zander chuckled before offering the wolf some pain killer.
The two spies left the tech room walking down a corridor with 3 steal reinforced doors on each side before entering what looked like a decent sized apartment overlooking an endless ocean. The base consisted mostly of work space and tech labs with two decent sized rooms connected to the operations room. All were built into the side of a mountain. the only visible part was the living space which was a small kitchen, living room with two couches and a TV and a dinning area.
The two grabbed some food from the little kitchen snd sat on the modest table near the window.
"Hm... got any more info on our targets." zeek spoke up
"no but I'm going to start hacking tonight... we still have the other cases to take care of..."
Zeek nodded "those are simple though..." he sighed "That girl is not normal..."
"What do you mean...?"
"she smelled... and looked familiar... the strength she had plus the psychic abilities... not normal."
"so what are you thinking..."
"shes possibly not human..."

Edward scractched his head for the millionth time no matter how hard he tried he couldnt get the tech he'd taken from the apartment to work or how to even Put it together. Pursing his lips he frowned in concentration, these two were well funded and knew what they were doing.Maybe they were meant to find that hide out, maybe this was all a trap to flush him an Muz out of hiding. The scientist rubbed his forhead in worry,just what were they dealing with?The man and his pet wolf might be just the tip of the iceburg. " or a distraction from the real operation..." He mumbled outloud tinkering with the mechanics.
Muzai groaned softly shuffling into the lab holding a tissue box in one hand the other holding her nose.
"Could you not inner monologue so loudly please,my head still hurts."
"Ah!Good morning sleeping beauty, I was starting to worry you out did yourself"
"Just about did,the tazer jolt didnt help much either couldnt pull away quick enough, im still smelling something burning I think I may've lost a few brain cells" she chuckled sitting beside him. "New project?"
The man rubbed the back of his neck embarassedly. " Yeah looks like, Im still figuring out who made this stuff, atleast then I could figure out what info theyre after."
Muzai nodded in agreement, she wasnt quite sure how to word her next question she knew talking about the past always ended up hurting Ed more than helping her piece her broken memories back, over the past years she'd mostly given up trying to fix it setting to better their future and as the CEO of KRONOS one of the most sucessful buisnesses she's done just that.
"Alright out with it." Smirked Ed petting her head. " whats troubling you."
"Hm...Im starting to think I might not be the last of the AP's"
Edward stopped turning to her putting his hands over hers " Muz, you know it was a miracle you even survived.But what makes you think that ,did you remember something?"
Muzai shook her head " The redhead wolf,I think ive meet him before , he was also able to deflect most of my attempts to snoop in his mind fully I dont know of any regular hybrids trained to do that. Also his strength it wasnt normal nor how he responds to comand.That and..." She trailed off
"And?"
" I dreamt I almost excaped a prison with him but it was my fault we got caught,um tazered again really"
Ed frowned making a guarded note to contact the Havock's later." I'll look into it, but sweetie. Be careful when you use your powers im not sure if our little friends suspect you but they might now"
"Extra Careful got it" she smiled " anyways Ive got a company to run,people to coordiante the world isnt going to stop because I have a headache afterall." She grinned heading off to get dressed for work.

Zander blinked a few times "Not human... well it really wouldn't surprise me... she was able to catch your dart..." he muttered pulling a file off the desk and looking through the paper. "File says this Edward use to be part of a multimilion dollar company who made the hybrids. It wouldn't surprise me if she was an advanced left over."
"Possibly the same projects as me..." Zeek mused looking over the papers.
Zander smirked "you don't even know what project your from" he chuckled before leaning back in his chair. "Either way this just means we have to be more careful next time we approach them... they're most likely going to up the security... and find most of the bugs."
"Do you think this info on the girl is what Miquel was looking for?"
"no... it would help him in his whole hostile take over thing but he's just getting info on genetics and super mutations..." Zander sighed. "Kinda the same stuff the lab i got you from was working on oddly enough."
"I'm not surprised super soldiers are the way of the future why not capitalize on it."
Zander nodded "In either case we'll sit on the info for now and offer it to him for a price. Extra info is always a nice bonus. It'l be a few weeks before we attempt again. for now lets try hacking and robot controls to get what we can. We still have other cases to finish as well."
Zeek nodded pausing a minute "do you think they're try to come after us?"
"Yes... if they can find us... this place is kinda in the middle of no where Bermuda. I worry more that a plane will crash into us than I am of them finding us."
Zeek nodded finishing off his breakfast and downing a few pain killers to sooth his migraine.

Weeks passed since their run in at the Apartment in that time Muzai was begining to think that the duo had given up, she didnt understand why she was a bit disappointed about that. She sighed sitting in her office looking over the buisness plans, mergers and marketing Ideas for their New products. Ed had finished off work on the glove and began to suspect that his old Rival Miquel was involved the tech was similar to some of his work but strikingly more advanced which meant they had to be extra careful, Miquel knew about the Alphas if he caught wind he might be able to use their DNA as a spring board to other advanced supersoldier.It was an Idea that made her worry about the Red Wolf. She was snapped out of her thoughts when one of her assistants came in.
"Thinking about your boyfriend?" Smirked the Brunette
"Hardly" she snorted " Is everything set for the meeting?"
The girl grinned " Yep! All we need is You to work your magic and sign some papers and this year's landslide of the top must have gadget is as good as ours. How's Mr.Ed?"
" The horse or my Dad ?" She joked. " He's fine still tinkering in his lab, you know how he can get when something Really big catches his eyes."
The assistant laughed " Oh dear!Has he gone full caveman yet?"
Muzai giggled " oh Not if I can help it.But lets get this meeting out of the way, then I have to ask you about that baby bump."
The girl blinked " you know you scare me sometimes I just found out today, wasnt quite sure how to break it to everyone."
Muzai smiled " you'll find a way, and dont worry about leave time, take as much as you need okay? I'll take care of the paperwork."
The girl Hugged her before the two of them went into the meeting.

Meanwhile a few miles away from one of the companies major complezes the two spies were sitting a mile away in an inconspicuous car with a plethera of tech around them. "Zander sighed as he worked one one of the computers. "Got a direct link in finally" he muttered as all the screens lit up in the van. Zeek looked over them all finding the right in to hack. while zander worked to cover their tracks. Zeek started accessing and copying files. "None of this really looks like what he wants." "Dig deeper, ill cover" Zeek nodded as the two covertly worked their way through the companies intel with out tripling off any security

Unfortunately The deeper you dug the Less the boy's found the Entire system was starting to look more and more like a giant Ruse.Than actually giving up Valuable information it was almost as of the entire Company was laughing at the Hackers attempt to get deeper onto the system.

"No luck" zeek sighed, Zander shook his head "something tells me the good information is kept on the people who mater." "then it becomes a wild goose chase to try and find the right person" "its most likely the two we were after the first time" Zander streaked cracking his back. "so kidnapping?" "Maybe not that extreme... possibly knockem out and just see if they have anything on them" "This is turning out to be more work than its worth..." "2 million will set us up for a long time then we can take a long vacation" Zeeks ears perked up at the thought of a vacation. "Very true..."

~Man I could REALLY use a vacation~ A voice groaned in Zeeks head.~ Really , just how long can someone talk on and on about the impossiblilites of Quantum particles and charges!~
Meanwhile Muzai smiled and tried to look as interested as possible in the conversation." Well would you look at the time! im sorry to Interupt Sir. Williams but I did promise the Lab tech's I'd be helping them with the new chemistry for the Energy crystals if you'll excuse me.." She said politely taking her leave trying not to look like she wanted to run out of the social gathering screaming.

Zeek looked around wondering who the hell was speaking "the hell..." he muttered shaking his head as he felt a small pressure in the back of his head. Zander looked over "are you... ok?" "Not sure..." he muttered softly "Hearing voices..." "Are you going crazy?" "no its her voice..."

Muzai rubbed the back of her head and neck on her way to the tech room. ~ game plan. Get the new brand on the market, make sure miquel hasnt inherited any unwilling toys and pass out somewhere off world amd quiet and warm...and that Da hasnt blown up the house yet with that spy glove~

~ NGH! OUT Get OUT!~ she thought as loud as she could trying to sever the bond to no avail. Muzai sighed " Fine." ~ Compromised, go home~ Muzai fixed her shirt making sure her PDA was safe before she made her way out to the platform snapping her fingers the bracelet on her left wrist came alive as a hoverbike Zoomed past the Spies to the platform catching the Girl before zooming off into traffic.

Zeek was thrown off balance and fell back in his chair when she shouted in his head ~WTF?!~ Zander blinked over at the hybrid before seeing the girl speed off and sighed. "Hold on" he called before moving the care out of the space to follow after her.
